Crematogaster sp. — the Black Acrobat Ant, named for the heart-shaped gaster it cocks up over its back like a raised tail when alarmed. A fast, clever, sugar-loving species that's endlessly entertaining to watch as workers stream along their trails and strike that signature acrobatic pose.
