What's Covered

Every queen and colony we ship is healthy, hand-inspected, and packed specifically for the journey ahead. If your ants arrive deceased, we will replace them or refund the affected animals — no hassle, no interrogation.

How To Make A Claim

  1. Within 2 hours of delivery, and before disturbing the colony, take clear photos or a short video of the package and the ants as they arrived.
  2. Send them to us through our contact page along with your order number.
  3. We'll arrange a replacement on the next suitable shipping window, or refund the affected animals — your choice.

A Few Fair Conditions

  • Someone should be available to receive the package. Ants left sitting in a hot or freezing mailbox are outside our control.
  • We ship with the weather in mind and may briefly hold an order to avoid extreme heat or cold. We'll always let you know if we do.
  • The guarantee covers live arrival, not long-term establishment. Founding a colony is part of the craft — and we give you the guidance to do it well.
